Bill Mayes (God bless him) lives in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. He was born in 1943 at Temple Hospital and graduated from the Philadelphia College of Art in 1970, majoring in Film. While in school he created FurCat Films. When he grows up he wants to be Tom Brady.
