Theatre Philadelphia is dedicated to bringing together and celebrating Philadelphia's theatre community, with a strong commitment to lead efforts that grow audiences and promote the public's participation in our community's work.

Theatre Philadelphia's $115 show listing fee is currently PWYC for Philadelphia Region-based independent theatre artists and theatre organizations. If you are able, please Pay What You Can to help us continue our efforts to serve the theatre community. Dedicated newsletters and newsletter-only listings will still maintain normal advertising fees.

(updated 11/2020)

Theatre Philadelphia reserves the right to reject advertising inquiries due to safety concerns during COVID-19.

  • We promote events to a tri-state audience. Productions submitted to Theatre Philadelphia must follow local public health and safety guidelines.
  • For events taking place within the city of Philadelphia, they must follow Philadelphia's Safter At Home restrictions.
  • For events in New Jersey, productions must follow New Jersey guidelines, including: "When hosting activities, do so with people only from your local area as much as possible. Activities with attendees traveling from different locations increase the risk of infection and spread, especially if they are coming from or traveling to a location with higher levels of COVID-19 cases and community spread." Please note that we will not encourage a Philadelphia audience to travel at this time.
