‘Baby The Musical’ returns to The Media Theatre March 2nd - 27th. Three couples on a university campus deal with the painful, rewarding, and agonizingly funny consequences of the universal experience of pregnancy and upcoming parenthood. There are the college students, barely at the beginning of their adult lives; the thirty-somethings, having trouble conceiving but determined to try; and the middle-aged parents, looking forward to seeing their last child graduate from college... when a night of unexpected passion lands them back where they started.
The cast consists of new faces and Media Theatre favorites. Wyatt McManus and Katie Emery play the young couple Danny and Lizzie. Ashley Sweetman, last seen in Media’s acclaimed ‘SideShow’, and Evan Ross Brody play the middle couple Pam and Nick. John D. Smitherman and Pam Jorgensen, both of whom are coming off hot from their stellar performances in Media’s ‘Mamma Mia!’, play the older couple Alan and Arlene.
