This past February, the third annual Philly Theatre Week took off with over 91 Unique Events, 300 Performances, and 75 Companies. Theatre Philadelphia invites participants and audiences to examine the impact of this initiative.

2020 Highlights:

  • 49 Event Offerings in Center City Philadelphia, 27 Event Offerings in Philadelphia - Outside of Center City, and 15 Event Offerings in Greater Philadelphia

  • 4,231 total Free, $15, or $30 reduced-price tickets sold on TodayTix, with $64,000 generated back to theatres.

  • Theatre Philadelphia spent approximately $27,000 on marketing, PR, advertising, and content creation, bringing increased visibility for productions across the region.

  • Theatre Week was covered in over 150 articles, digital, print, radio, and television content. Television viewship reached 900,000.
