World History with Charlie

Local West Philly writer, historian and Fulbright scholar Charlie Allison presents four fresh history lectures. This selection of hilariously human stories spans the globe and the centuries, each with its own spin on the 2020 SoLow festival theme “Jump Ship.” Two sets of two 15-minute stories each will be presented on Thursdays at 6pm during the festival (June 18th and 25th) followed by a live talkback session with Charlie himself.
