There’s always so much pressure to grow up and do well in school… and become the best tooth fairy in all of history. But what happens when that pressure becomes too much to handle? New tooth fairy, Cassiopeia, is about to retrieve her first-ever tooth, in hopes of impressing her award-winning mother. Unfortunately, 7-year-old Mia can't bear to part with her first-ever lost tooth, thwarting Cassiopeia's mission and sending fairyland into disarray. With Cassie's reputation, Mia's childhood, and the fate of fairies everywhere at stake, can the two girls work together to save the day? Ilana Zahava Abusch's delightful new play, Without Wings, celebrates the fear and fun of growing into the person (or the fairy) one’s meant to become.
The play runs for about an hour followed by a Q & A with the actors and is geared for ages 3-12 and families.

Performances are on Saturdays (7/23 and 7/30) at 10 AM at the Wyck House, and 2 PM at Hawthorne Park. Sunday's (7/24 and 7/31) at 2 PM at the Farm at Awbury. The shows at the Farm at Awbury Arboretum will have ASL interpretation. Rain dates for Hawthorne Park performances are Sundays (7/24 and 7/31) at 6:30PM. This play is free for all to attend. Please bring a blanket or low chairs to sit on as the play will be performed outdoors! No need to register anywhere- just show up for some live, outdoor, free theatre.
