He’s a white, blue-collar mansplainer hiding a heart of gold. She’s the Black, Ivy League-educated newbie who just joined his route. Thrown together in a 19-ton garbage truck, they’re forced to find their own steady rhythm. Along their route, pre-coffee bickering gives way to a reluctant bond over the broken, beautiful things we discard. As their lives become increasingly entwined, these two essential workers from different worlds discover there’s more that binds them than taking out the trash.

For everyone’s protection and peace of mind, PTC is requiring proof of full COVID-19 vaccination – as defined by the CDC – for our audiences, artists, volunteers and staff. All audience members will be required to show proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before entering the theatre.

It’s easy to show us your vaccination status. Simply provide one of the following when you visit: Vaccination card (original, paper, electronic or photo copy) w/ Matching Photo ID OR Pre-certification via the Bindle App.

Vaccination exceptions will be made for children too young to be eligible and for people with a medical or religious exemption. These guests must show proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance time or a negative antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance time.

We require all audiences, artists, volunteers, and staff to properly wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth. While at your seats, you may temporarily remove your face covering if actively eating or drinking. Masks will be provided to those who do not arrive with appropriate face coverings. Anyone not wearing a mask will be asked to wear one, and anyone refusing to comply will be asked to leave.
If a patron is unable to show proof of vaccination or comply with mask requirements, they will not be permitted to attend the performance and the cost of their ticket will be refunded.

PTC reserves the right to alter safety protocols at any time at its sole discretion including, but not limited to social distancing, vaccines/testing, masks, venue capacity, and entrance requirements as it deems appropriate.
