The 40+ organizations who completed the survey are located within 35 miles of Philadelphia's City Hall and were past participants in Theatre Philadelphia's Philly Theatre Week, Barrymores, or other advertising programs.
The information collected presents a snapshot of our current theatre sector as we move forward from the COVID-19 pandemic. We asked theatres to identify upcoming needs and challenges as we move closer to re-entry, and to identify any benefits and resources that have helped them move forward. Theatre Philadelphia will share this aggregate information as a resource for artists and organizations to determine upcoming programming. We will also use these results to help structure Theatre Philadelphia's own upcoming marketing and programming initiatives.
