Drexel University Department of Performing Arts is seeking applicants for the part-time, hourly positions of House Manager and Event Technician for two campus performance venues: Mandell Theater (seating 424) and Black Box Theater (seating 100). Both performance spaces are home to the Department of Performing Arts and host musical concerts, theater and dance productions, as well as University events, lectures, films, and external rental events. Positions will be trained for both venues and will be scheduled as needed throughout the year.

House Manager applicants should have customer service experience, flexible availability, and an interest in the performing arts. House Manager Pay Rate is $15/hour.

Event Technician applicants should demonstrate competence in theatre lighting, sound, and audio/visual equipment; ability to adapt technical knowledge to solve problems and stay calm under pressure; flexible availability; and an interest in the performing arts. Event Technician Pay Rate is $20/hour.
