The Equinox Festival is an annual student written, produced, directed, and designed festival of 4 new plays during The University of the Arts Spring Season. This year's theme is famous photographer Diane Arbus, whose work focuses on outsiders and people who have been marginalized from society.



This year's plays:

Antihistamine by Eli Melmon, Directed by Joshua Farner (*Note: this production is not suitable for ages 12 and under)

Make ‘Em Cry, Uncle by Dizzi De Luca, Directed by Kelly Fleming

Summer by Briana Gause, Directed by Liberty Laferrière

Boxed: The Black Show by La’Needra

“Lulu” Cornelious, Directed by Azariah Baker



All four plays will be performed each night. Each play is approximately 30 minutes long. There will be one intermission between the second and third plays.

Philly Theatre Week:

Thursday, February 7th - 7:30pm

Friday, February 8th - 7:30pm

Saturday, February 9th - 2pm and 7:30pm

Sunday, February 10th - 2 pm
