We are looking for a Stage Manager for our upcoming one-week school tour of ILLUMINATING SPIRITS, an educational documentary play written by Adam Immerwahr and based on words and stories of the Holocaust survivors of Central New Jersey.

This will be a script-in-hand dramatic presentation. The Stage Manager will make sure the actors show up on time for all rehearsals and performances and ensure that performances are carried out in the fashion in which they were rehearsed. The Stage Manager will also drive the van (which will be rented by Passage Theatre) to each school, and load in the set and props for the show (which consists of three stools and three large paintings). The Stage Manager will check in with the point person at each school and send reports back to Passage Staff after each presentation. Other duties and responsibilities discussed upon interview.

Rehearsals will take place at the Mill Hill Playhouse in Trenton, New Jersey during the following dates and times:

Wednesday, October 25th: 6-9pm

Thursday, October 26th: 6-9pm

Sunday, October 29th: 12-5pm

Wednesday, November 1st: 6-9pm

Thursday, November 2nd: 6-9pm

Friday, November 3rd: 6-9pm

There is also one week that the Stage Manager and Actors need to be available for between 5-10 school performances in the Trenton area, which we are in the process of scheduling. These performances would take place between November 6th and 10th.

This is a non-Equity opportunity. Stage Manager pay is $1,00 for the entire process.
