Summary: 
The Administrative Assistant for Ticket Philadelphia manages the daily support and operational functions. This position requires an individual with organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer skills including some data entry and mail merges. 

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Support for all Ticket Philadelphia efforts, including but not limited to
    •  Mailings
    •  Data entry 
    • Mail merges 
    • Stuffing envelopes 
    • Document proofing to Functions 
  • Other jobs as needed 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Good written, verbal skills required.
  • Ability to complete assignments required. 
  • Organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and balance several issues and projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the performing arts venues, and/or non-profit arts organizations a plus.
  • Attention to Detail 


Nights and weekends required. 
 
Regular part time 20 hours a week
